Must give exact name. No one is fluent in gibberish. Is like won't help since there are a lot of 1KB file

And file type such as .exe would be handy.

Gotcha. Does it allow you to open it?

Notepad or something?

I don't think "File" is dangerous that I'm aware of. If it was .exe or something like that, then maybe so.

I'm sure he won't put his computer into Spanish for a laugh.

Try open it as administrator?

Or notepad++ if you have that.

I opened it with normal Notepad, but a lot of weird signs appeared, like when you open a Word document with notepad.

Be specific. Again we are not fluent in giberish and symbology. But most likely those signs are harmless unless they are a secret code to unlocking something

No. Remove it. You will save 1KB from your PC

Yes, although both translations apply, Spanish software will have "archivo" wherever English software has "file" (like "C:\Archivos de Programas", etc).

Reprise could be http://www.reprisesoftware.com.  They do License management software and that would be the kind of thing that would use nonsense string file names to avoid fiddling with the licence of something....

@TheOskar57have you installed any software that might be using a licensing scheme?
