I need help

So I need help making my HDD my priority program storage because all the programs keep saving on the SSD which doesn't have much storage.

 

OS:Windows 10 Pro

Yes I enabled SAVE LOCATION to the D:drive instead of the C:

Yes I know programs have a option to save it to a location and some of them is in their advanced option however i seem to have found a few that don't and they just install on the SSD

I am new to this so if anyone could help me it would mean allot thanks.

Some apps might install to AppData or whatever the place is and I think you can't change it. Try moving it?

I heard that moving programs is risky i tried hovering it over the HDD but it would not give a option to move just copy Im also new to this computer stuff so if you could instructions i would be grateful.
