So battlenet keeps saying that overwatch is running, even though its not. Therefore I cant play any of my blizzard games ... How can I fix this!?

I have restarted my pc and tried task manager, tried as admin but nothing happened..

I literally cant do anything with battlenet until overwatch is "closed" and i have no way of closing it...

force close battle.net executable in task manager or force shut down and restart your pc
