 Please help me I'm on the latest bios for my motherboard my msi 970 gaming board and 8gb of Kingston ddr3 ram.

It's only the 2gb card not 4gb

is the ram seated correctly on the motherboard? because i had the same problem when i built my pc but i just took them out and put them back in and they worked fine, so id recommend trying that

You can change vram in BIOS

The dedicated video memory is the 2gb. on the card. The rest of the 4070MBs is shared memory; if you look two lines under where it says Dedicated video memory it says the shared system memory, That 2022MBs is coming from your System RAM. You can change the amount of system RAM that the gpu uses in the bios

I can't find anything in the bios
