Windows 10 Taskbar not working

Hello,

 

I have a problem with my windows 10 laptop. If I right click an application on the taskbar it doesnt show anything and the search bar along with the windows buttons in the task bar both dont work.

 

Please help

How did you install windows 10?

NEW PC build: Blank Heaven   minimalist white and black PC     Old S340 build log "White Heaven"        The "LIGHTCANON" flashlight build log        Project AntiRoll (prototype)        Custom speaker project

And you've tried restarting it?

Try installing any windows updates and run sfc /scannow in CMD.
