Dedicated Streaming PC Finished?

So, after some more help from my previous thread, a little research, and educated guessing  I think that this PC should be able to handle up to 4 cameras, live stream, and encode all that I need it to. Yo i can just tell you, i don't know about the UV 400 but the UV 300 is shite.

I need the Wi-Fi adapter because we will be going to different locations with a hotspot or a local network provided to us.
