HwMonitor dillema

Hey guys.. recently my pc always shutdown by itself, i use HWmonitor to read the powers value, the powers Package,IA Cores and Uncores always have this constant reading like Package 5.81-7.61, and for the voltages section the "-12V change too from -3.312 to -3.522.  is it normal to see those change?1476788195492-930032942.jpg

Ignore HW monitors amperage/voltage/wattage "readings". They don't mean anything, it is a very ruff and often very wrong estates of the Voltmeter, Ammeter and Powermeter. 

 

If you really want to check the power usage and voltage, get a smart PSU like a Corsair RMi or Thermaltake DPS series.
