can not multi quote

so i can quote, i can click the multi quote button on a post and the multi quote box shows up in the bottom right of the page but its not clickable neither is the close button on it

 

windows 10 insider

If you open the dev tools using F12, then switch to the console tab, is anything logged when you try to use it?

i thought you fixed it its working now must be a chrome thing.....its really gone to shit lately
