Probably a bad stick or something. First check if all the RAM sticks are stuck in good and start by pulling one at a time out of the DIMM slot and powering your PC. (it only applies if you have multiple RAM sticks) BTW, how many sticks you have?

run windows memtest and memtest86 to make sure its acutally your ram

I have no clue what to do, you cant go into bios huh? Well, you have to options. 

 

1. Take it to a nearby tech store to see what happened to it

or

2. But a brand new stick and see if that works if it doesn't something is wrong like your motherboard.

 

Also what is your PC specs?

I can go to bios, its just that my computer restarted due to memory loss.

My spec arei5 6400, h110m-a micro atx, r9 380, 500w evga
