You can leave it on, its fine. As for the fan thing, there should be options to change its speed, like where it says "Standard". My guess is that the fan error comes from the fan not spinning fast enough on boot.

Looks like the fan might be plugged into the wrong header. Look on the MOBO for the one marked CPU_FAN.

According to your BIOS, CPU_FAN in N/A (Not applicable), and CPU_OPT_FAN is the one running. Did you replace a 3 pin with a 4 pin or something?

There's the fan thays right next the cpu gsn that is what connected there it isa 3 pinner so pne pin is out the monitoring for cpu fsn speed is off that is why its na but even when it's on it shows either na or really low speeds for a second and then back to na

Set it too ignore in bios. Does it on all my rigs.

Probably just a faulty fan. I would replace it and set the MOBO to ignore.
