Help needed with Shadowplay Broadcasting

I'm new to Shadowplay, trying to set up broadcasting for a group of friends.

 

When I try to enable it, it pops up a message saying: "To share your desktop, go to Preferences > Privacy control and turn of desktop capture."

 

Now, I do feel a little silly since I've looked for that darn setting and also google for it. Where the HELL is this setting? I'm on Windows 10, fully updated. Is this message a left-over from a previous settings layout?

It's not really the GFE software though as I could quit it and the overlay is still running. The service itself is ran as admin on boot.

I just recently updated my drivers and got the new Geforce Experience as well, had some hard time finding it, but eventually succeeded. Was much easier in the old UI.
