Q code 99

Well basically all my hardware turns on when powering up but the q qode reads "99" on the 2 digit LED display. Here is a video of what happens -

code 99 is Super IO Initialization error - that means everything connected to the mobo doesn't initialize

start by pulling everything out and boot with integrated graphics

 

doesn't hurt to do a BIOS reset

 

this can also happen because of corrupted BIOS or simply a bad mobo

So I turned it off, unplugged everything I could, restarted it then got q code 53 with is ram so I turned it off again put the ram back in restarted it and got q qode 99 again.
