mouse not working windows 7

Hi to all

 

Today i was playing on my pc and all was good

i left for two hours and after i wake  the computer from sleep half my mouse was not working

( MY RITE MOUSE KEY AND THE SCROLL )

i am using the Rapoo V100 pro 

and Win 7 64 bit 

 

i try so far to 

reinstall drivers

delete all usb bus driver and let win reinstall

deiete INFCACHE.1 file

disable Legacy USB in the bios

 

i know that the mouse keys are working form the fact that it wakes the computer up from sleep 

and i know that the menu works in win form rebinding to other key on the mouse

 

can anyone help PLZ

Worth mentioning an obvious- try a different USB slot?

i didn't wont to add this but i did from the usb port for the keyboard to the one in the front and the sub 3.0

Can anyone tell me if reinstall win or upgrade to 10 may fix this

Looks like no one know of a fix will update if I find any fix
