Hey guys I want to use a controller on my pc like an xbox or ps4 controller I have a ps3 controller but I have to use a usb and some software for it to work is there one I could use wireless?  thanks!

You can use Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers wirelessly.

You can use their dongle or Bluetooth.

for the ps3 controller you can use motioninjoy. i've used such software myself and it worked out well. though i don't know if it has improved - or gotten worse - since then

 

and valve is bringing dualshock 4 support to Steam. not sure when though
