Bios update

Just a quick question.

Will updating the bios (on a board that has multiple bios's, such as my Evga X79 classified) update all of them, or just one?

I'm pretty sure it only updates one, but I like to be sure, and this was easier than opening it up and switching the Bios's.

Should just update one of them. In a way it kinda defeats the purpose of having dual BIOS if it does both. I could be wrong though, may depend on the manufacturer.

I think it updates one at a time, as it might have a seperate chip for each BIOS.

Yeah, if it's got dual bios it'll have 2 chips.
