Hey guys, having a problem with my 1070 ftw. Ive noticed on almost every game i play I have been reaching the same fps as i had with my old 970. The 1070 is at the factory clock and i dont really know whats going on so any help would be appreciated :(. Thanks 

Specs :

CPU: I5-66k not currently overclocked

MOBO: 7170a gaming m7

RAM: 4x4 gb patriot viper extreme

PSU: evga 850 g2 gold psu

Monitor :Acer gn246hl and an LG23mp47 

OS: Windows 10 home n Version 1607,Build 13393.321

Lastest geforce and mobo drivers

DDU was already used wipe all of the drivers, shadowplay, xbox dvr are off and the power management is already set to maximum performance on the nvidia control panel

Unigine benchmarks And rise of the tomb raider . Both 1080p/ultra
