Iphone 5 intermittent issue

Hi I'm having an intermittent issue with my iPhone 5. The issue is that my iPhone 5 doesn't work with the lighting to av adapter(happen only once) so I hard reset my iPhone 5

( with the lighting to av adapter plugged in) and the wifi and Bluetooth doesn't work. Then another hard reset the wifi and Bluetooth works again. My iPhone 5 is running ios 10.0.2

5c or 5s? which ios? did you try the adapter with other phone? could be the adpater fault?

The adapter works with my ipad air just fine it's an iphone 5, ios 10.0.2

maybe new ios made it a problem? what ios is your ipad?

Ios 10.0.2, it works just fine on the ipad.
