Wireless Adapter less than $40 USD

I need a wireless adapter with a good range, and support for a/b/g/n. There is approximately 10 meters of distance between the router and my desk and a concrete wall about 12cm thick. Oh and I'm running windows 10. Thanks in advance!

I just got one from a thrift store, does the job. 4 Bucks (usd). I use it in very similar circumstances.

I do have a router but that one is $64, the other one seems too cheap?
