Dual display setup

I just installed a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 in my system.  I used to use 2 dvi outputs for both of my monitors, but my new card does not have 2, so i was planning on using the dvi and an hdmi.  I installed everything, checked the connections multiple times, and I cannot get the monitor running off hdmi to get any signal.  Please help.  ( old gpu was visiontek radeon hd 7790 oc)
