windows 10 start button and windows store problem

I was playing forza horizon 3 for maybe a week, and the yesterday it stopped working. It said update failed, then brought me to the app store and then crashes. I tried reinstalling the game and I get the error 0x80240024. So I cant install the game. I then find out my Windows Start button dosnt work . I've tried alot of stuff and nothing works.

Try getting in touch with Windows support. Some people said they fixed it that way

if you have an install disk, try repairing the os that way and see if that works

Downlaod something like glary utilities and do a full registry repair
