pcie/m.2?

Hey guys just wondering if there is a way to enable pcie and m.2 slot on a asus rampage v to work at the sametime because right now the m.2 slot is disabled if the pcie slot is in use, i am currently using a pcie ssd from intel and i had a 1tb 850 evo and i wanted to use both but the m.2 slot is disabled if the pcie is being used

I'm afraid not. That's because the M.2 and the PCIe slot share the PCIe lanes, so it's one or the other. You can have more details on the possible combinations and restrictions in the "notes" section of this link.
