My Huawei Y625 is stuck the booting screen. I've tried everything using the recovery menu. How can I fix it?

Tell us a little more. Any error messages? Is it just the logo? Did you have malware before? What did you download/do before? Did you root your phone?

No erros, just the logo of the seller.

No malware and the apps I had were all normal apps like twitter, youtube...

I did not root it.

Where did you buy it? Did you drop it. Did you factory reset it? It could be that the components are damaged or that the os got corrupted. If the os is corrupt, it's a pretty simple fix since Google gives out android for free

I bought it a store called MEO from Portugal.

The screen is cracked but it was in May and it worked fine till now.

I already did a factory reset.

Seems like there can be hope. Have you tried letting it stay at the logo for like 39 minutes. Android can be self repairing, kinda like Windows 10. Also tell me the version you have on android? I can give you a download link to your android version. If that does not work then it's a hard ware failure, which means new phone. If you installed a custom rom, then it can be a problem...

Seems like your best chance is to flash your phone with a new stock rom.

Download a flashable rom, get it to your device, select flash, select the file, press ok, wait till it finishes, done! You will have to reasearch how to do that in your device, best source is xda developers.
