I need advice/build

Muzzy2002

I need a build for the UK which is around the £900-1000 mark. I have been looking into all of this and would like to hopefully get a 1070 in it and be able to upgrade to a 1080 further down the line. So if anyone has a bus,d they could help me with this would be great

Hey I made a build arround the same price tag you can check my config on my profile page but if you want to upgrade later you should take a less powerfull graphic card like I did wich will on the long term will only need a GPU upgrade (for reference, my rig can play ANY games everything on ultra at 1080p and even 1440p exept maybe arma 3 with lower render distance wich needs like a freaking 2500$ beast to be achieved) if you want more precisions just ask me.

Not a very good PSU for the price. And a 5400 RPM hard drive as a main drive?

I would personally also go with an i7 6700 and H170/H110 mobo instead of the 6600K. i5's get maxed out in some games now days and can bottleneck a 1070.

You don't need more than a 500W PSU for a build like this as long as it's good quality.

If you spend about 5£ more for RAM with heatsinks it will look fine. He didn't say anything about that he wanted it to look good did he?

I would personally go with a 6700 with stock cooler and H170/H110 mobo to make room for an SSD.

ssd is easier to upgrade whereas it will be harder to swap out for a z mobo + 6700k
