Redragon mechanical keyboard?

Hi! I'm looking into this keyboard, since I want a mechanical one:

They're Cherry MX Blue ripoffs, aluminium frame with ABS, TKS.

What do you think? The cost + shipping it's half of what a Corsair Strafe or Kingston Hyperx Alloy FPS costs here in my country.

 

Do you recommend me to go for it for $47?

They don't even say if it's Kahlil or Gateron switches which are already knockoffs of Cherry switches.  Knockoff of a knockoff is probably pretty shit quality.

They're Outemu switches, they don't list that in Amazon but they're a real brand that produces some Cherry knockoffs.

Nice! That's what I needed. Have you compared them to a Cherry one? What about the quality of the board, and the sound?

The sound is as real as it gets. I've playing with it for two days now. It haven't disappointed me yet. I haven't compared it to a cherry mx since this is my first mechanical keyboard and my wife would kill me if I spent a whole lotta cash on an expensive keyboard.

Great, too noisy? I'm so used to membrane but i make so many mistakes.

Price is one of the reasons I want it, it's also $10 off so it's my chance to grab it. Any tip for it and do you really recommend it?

It sure is noisy. Got mine from Amazon. I tried Amazon Prime for free. One day delivery. Free of charge. Although my colleague who was in Charlotte was the one who received it and brought it back in the Philippines from his business trip. I got it when he returned back to work and my colleagues sure say its noisy.

 

Now I'm no professional in reviewing products. But for the price and performance that it gives me, sure is one heck of a deal.

 

BTW, I noticed from your URL that the one you are looking at is the K553. I have the Kumara K552, Red backlight only though. $40, not bad.

 

Another EDIT: To quote Luke, "It has some weight to it". LOL. Yeah it has some weight to it.

I've read that the Kumara has Cherry Blue equivalents while the Usas has Cherry Green equivalents.

Damn nice photos, I like them. Sadly the LED is red but I can turn it off or put it super low.

 

Didn't knew that the Usas has Cherry Green equivalents, AFAIK both have Outemu Blues, but if it's a Green equivalent i'm screwed since Green are very heavy.

 

I'm from Mexico, that's why everything is expensive here, 2 of these keyboards cost the same as a normal "Cherry MX" keyboard.

Yeah. I had it ordered because it isn't sold here in my country. The thing is, after placing the order, a local store announced on their Facebook page that they'll start selling these keyboards in a week or two. Bad timing.

 

If any of Kumara and Usas costs the same as an original cherry MX keyboard if you will have it shipped, just get a legit keyboard IMO.

No, i mean that:

 

2 Kumaras = 1 legit keyboard

Normal keyboards here are very expensive, shipment is super cheap 5 or less bucks.

Oh I see. There are a lot of positive reviews for the Kumara on YouTube. Sadly, no one from the ones that I like, like LTT, Jayz2Cents, BitWit, Hardware Cannucks and Science Studio.
