won't boot debug led posting 3b

Hi all of a sudden when I restarted my pc it wouldn't boot debug led showing 00 so I booted in bios b and it worked fine. I downloaded latest bios on USB drive. Booted in bios b and entered m flash to update bios a. After entering m flash I flip dual bios switch to bios a and started the update. Now when I boot with bios a I get a code 0d and on bios b it's 3b do basically now non of the bios work and I can't use my pc. Please help. I tried clearing cmos and also when in bios a both bios a and bios b indicator led are on. I have a msi xpower gaming titanium edition motherboard

Did you see what the codes mean in the manual?

Yes it was not listed in the manual.i fixed itflash my bios with somthing called msi hotkey function. Now I have another problem my bios a won't work  I get b2 and then a2 and a black screen and both bios LEDs are on when I'm on bios a

Now it's 00 forever and nothing is listed in manual for 00
