Its a Biostar A85S3

it said this on the product page

5-phase VRM design with high quality power components such as low RDS (on) Mosfet for lower temperature has the advantage to raise the overclocking ability.

yes i know its a potato but can it be a somewhat fast one at least?

Should be, fm2 boards should all support overclocking the cpus might be locked though.
