Is my GPU dead?

My 980ti wont display the screen since the new update and i tried old drivers as well they world for a week and today the problem is back i thinks it might be deadpool since i started settings some wierd artifacts white brawosing and game freezes for a sec while playing should i use my warrnty or is those some thing with my system?

Artifacts while browsing the web AND game freezes? Yeah it's very likely dead. I would just put that warranty to use.

looks like there is something not right with it indeed, i recommend sending it rma
