Someone is using my email

Hello everyone, 

Someone has used my email for his Apple ID .I am not even apple user , nor anyone in my family .I am getting mails from apple to verify the Apple ID.Does anyone have idea what to do?What can I do to stop getting mails from apple?

You can add them to the spam filter or report it to Apple so they will take care of that.

 

If you want to be nice the second option would be better since most likely the guy has not realized that he got the wrong email address.

Since they're asking to verify the apple ID then it's likely that it will stop once the creator of that ID finally finds out that they used the wrong email address and goes to get it changed.

 

There might be an option in those messages to tell apple that you didn't create that apple ID and will either lock it down or wipe the ID from their system (and the original creator will have to recreate it using the correct email address).
