USB Problems, drivers wont install

I've always had this problem with this custom built PC. Most of the time, when I plug in a USB device, I get a weird lag and some of my other UBS (mostly keyboard) stop working for a few sec. I'm pretty sure my WI-FI adapter and headset randomly stop working for few sec too sometime.

 

Now recently I was looking into Device manager and I saw that I was missing 3 drivers. USB Controller, SM BUS Controller and Ethernet Controller.

I tried to update em with windows but it says : No driver found. Do you guys know a reliable driver updater. When I try to get one its usually full of crap
