Keylogging programs for me

I have seen keylogging software where they can spy on others on what they are doing. No. 

I want a program that monitors my key pressing. Let's say how many times I pressed W or S. 

Also the program should have a shortcut to start/stop recording and works well with games.

 

Only keys and it is for myself. I want to know how many times while playing CS GO I press F. If you have played this before then you know what it does. I kinda have OCD for pressing F too much in the game.
