Now that i have a good job I'm thinking on change my cooler (actually a Be Quiet dark rock pro 3) with an AIO solution (something like the Corsair H115i I also accept suggestions) just for the looks, I pretend to use a push pull config by adding 2 SP white led 140 mm fans from Corsair.

I will put it in the top of my 760T leaving te exhaust fan and the two intake fans (all of them AP white led 140 mm).

It's a change jus for the looks and to get some clereance in the RAM, but i want to know if its an actual performance upgrade and if the change will affect the airflow of the case; what do you think about it?

Edit: Using a 3770 non k, but pretending to upgrqde to a k in the far future

Push-pull config gets you 1°c lower temperatures at best. If you really wan't to watercool, I suggest getting an AIO watercooler from corsair, they make their cpu cooler compatible with gpu for a couple bucks. GPU OC headroom is more important, than cpu. Putting the H115 rads to top is in general a good ide, but you should really consider putting it in the front, if possible, because  positive air preasure is the way to go, if you dont want to clean your tower every week. Also, I'd rather buy a better CPU, or a whole new system instead of a watercooler. The 3770 is a really old one, and now that you've got a jop, you should buy a whole skylake system, or wait to buy a kaby lake system.

I dont want to change the cpu unless it bottlenecks the gpu (a whatercooled 1080 ti I hope).

I want a positive air preasure,  but now i haven't (just using the stock fans), and about the position of the radiator, i saw a vid from Jay where he explains the difference and it seems to be no one, but like i said i prefer to put it in the top of the case.

The h115i is an upgrade in cooling performance from the DRP3 but it won't affect the performance of your locked cpu. Upgrade your platform first unless you care much more about looks. SP140 LED's are not an upgrade from the stock SP140L fans.
