Connecting Laptop screen to Desktop Computer

So I found this display from a laptop that I want to connect to my desktop as a project (just for fun). After some research, I found that the connector for my monitor is a 20 pin connector and that it is 1600x900. The model nimber is Samsung LTN156KT01. The way I found, connected the display to a converter and that connected to the Computer, however, I couldn't find one that supported my display. Could you guys point me in the right direction as to where I can find one? Also I want to use Display Port to connect to my Computer
