Hello, so I just downloaded Windows 10 on my new pc and every time I start the pc it goes to this weird screen instead of just starting like a normal Windows. I press f1 and then boot from my ssd and then it launches the Windows and once I am in everything looks like it's in safe mood it's big and weird looking. Any help?

Thank you

I guess that you could disable the low fan speed warning in the UEFI, and for windows you probably need to reinstall your video drivers.

Win 10 screws up my touchpad drivers every single time it updates to a new windows build.

Mystery is the source of all true science.

That would be the POST screen doing its job. And telling you that pumps starting rpm is too low for set limit. Disable warning and it will boot normally.

How do I disable warning? And also now I am scared what if something actually is wrong :(

In BIOS. Refer manual for details if you don't find it. Its usually under monitoring tab or something similar. And if you can hear pump going, there's nothing to be worry about. Some pumps just start at so low "rpm" that BIOS thinks "fan" isn't running. I think limit is something like 800rpm.
