I say you should go with the RX 480 build, if you can put the money there. If not, grab all but the SSD, then buy the SSD at a later date.

just a different case, higher wattage psu and an rx 480 4gb instead of the gtx 1060 3gb. the rx 480 would be better.

It looks fine from the outside

I recommend the Versa and the S210 because they both have good cable management holes and enough drive bays to satisfy pretty much anyone.
