7Zip Stuck at 100%

So I am trying to compress my documents using 7Zip so I can back them up. I usually encrypt them using AES256 because I don't want the cloud service I am using to scroll through my data when I upload it but I am running into the problem where 7Zips says it at 100% on the progress bar, got 00:00:00 time left but it does not show a completed screen as the speed slowly goes down for around 14MB/s to 7MB/s  as shown on the screen shot.  I have tried pressing cancel and opening the file but it doesn't work and I have tried changing the format for.7z (ultra) to .zip (fast) to see if that helps but it doesn't. Can you guys think of any solutions?
