Graphics Card Issue

My friend is having a issue with his graphics card, he has a gtx 750ti. He has had his pc for about three years. Today, he had a problem where his computer crashed, and he believes it is his graphics card since the nvidia control panel won't load. Also, his second monitor won't work.

Tell him to update his graphics driver. If that dosen't fix it, than he should try a fresh install of windows.
