Display adapter build

So I have a new build

asus z10pe-d16 ws

xeon e5-3640 v4

x2 gtx 1080

1200 w evga platinum power supply

noctua fans x4, phantoms fans x2

ssd storage

 

problem

uninstalled and rebuilt a couple of times

all hardware is function well

but there is a third phantom display device 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter'

note that the mobo and the cpu have no onboard graphics

 

cant get rid of it! Driving me nuts [no punn intended]

for now I've just disabled it

 

any thoughts would be helpfull
