I would have recommended something very similar to @PCNoobie's build. you might want to play around with the storage options and case option (depending on what it is you want) if you have additional budget, but there's nothing wrong with the ones chosen and I've even recommended them to others in the past. he has recommended a pretty solid build for your needs

 

@JJS76's build looks tempting on the surface as well, but the PSU/case combo is very worrisome and I wouldn't recommend it. also it has terrible storage capacity and its all a HDD. not really ideal. an RX480 8GB is also a slightly worse GPU to the 1060 6GB. his build sacrifices a lot to get that 6600k in your system and if you're only gaming at 60 fps then the i5-6600k will make no performance difference compared to an  i5-6500. I would not recommend getting this suggested build.
