Can't OC anymore

Well, i used to have an A8 7650k OC to 4.2 ghz, but for some reason it downclocked to the stock speed and i cant change ANY multipliers (voltage, ram speed, graphics clock speed, cpu clock speed, etc...)

Ive reseted bios setings to the default and anything happened, ive also cleared CMOS, still cant change anything.

 

APU: A8 7650k

MOBO: Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3HP

 

PS: ive also puted all bios versions of that MOBO

sounds like an issue that giggy tech support needs to address..
