Menu does not disappear when clicked.

Hello, when i right click and click on something in the menu it does not disappear and it only goes away when i change screen resolution, open a full screen game or shut down my computer. It's really annoying and it just started out of nothing.

Right click on "My Computer" and select properties. From there choose "advanced system settings" on the left hand side of the window. Go to the "advanced" tab and click the settings button under the performance section. If you uncheck "Fade out menu items after clicking" it should fix the issue
