hey i am looking for 2 laptops (1for me and 1 for my brother)

for my i want somthing light with a good batty and i am going to use it for university (i studie computer progming) 

my budget is 1000$ (flexible)

 

for my brother he going to use the laptops for photoshop, illustrator, and light video editing 

budget is 1200$ (flexible)

For you, Id get something like a dell e7470, e5470 or xps 13 or a thinkpad t460.

 

For him, id get a macbook air/pro or a dell 7559 with i7 and ssd. If he wants something thinner, you can get a xps15

Can the razer blade stealth run photoshop? 

I saw lines review of it and it's look pretty awesome
