I don't know which charger to get.

These are the two I seen that look good, I obviously want one that can last a long time but I don't want to spend anything much over $30. I have a LG G4. Are there any other chargers better than these and if not which should I choose?

I'm not very techy but there the same price, is there another reason why the one you linked would be better or did you just link it because you had experience with it? I never bought one of these before so I don't know what to take into consideration

Ive got quite a bit of experience with it. I can vouch for the quality of the batteries Anker uses. Some brands (especially the high mAH, low cost models) use cheap batteries that self-discharge and don't output the power they say they do.

 

Just be sure to read the reviews before you buy!
