When will we get Windows 8.1 AMD Chipset Drivers for Asus boards or Crosshair V Formula-Z ?
Do you guys have any idea ?
And what do you guys suggest for me about formatting? Should i format and install Windows 8 or 8.1 ?

Thanks for the answers!

I don't get it. How much different is Windows 8.1 than windows 8? Its not a whole new os such as moving from 7 to 8. Shouldn't all the drivers work because the "core" is the same?

Excellent question. You are right. But what we know if that the Windows NT kernel has been updated. But they are no details on what. All we know is that low powered integrated GPUs like the ones found in Atoms are getting a nice performance boost from 8.1.  But, that is just talk, and not really from Microsoft. We have 0 benchmarks or actual data.
