Keyboard problems

I just order a brand new keyboard just came . " sades k10  "

 

The ESC button works , but u have to rapidly press it , the ( esc ) button for it to work, so i consider the key broken . 

 

I don't want to return because the nearest ups is like 2 miles away ...

 

Is there a possible fix?  I rather just bind the esc key to another key is there a soft ware??

 

And there only refunding the keyboard not the shipment part :// full of shit right .

 

I mean its just the esc button where i have to press like 10 times to get it work sometimes a bit less
