Problems With Nvidia Update Components

Hello everybody :)

 

So I've been having some problems for a while with the Nvidia Update Components that are required for Geforce Experience. I have tried a lot things, like unstalling the drivers completely with CCleaner and other programs, but it always fails to install the Update Components. I searched in services.msc for the Nvidia Update Service but I couldn't find it. I even deleted the Updatus User from the registry and added it to the group of Administrators but I keep having the same problems.

 

I'll leave a link at the end with the log that I get when I try to Install Geforce Experience. It gets some errors about not finding some files but I don't know what they mean.

 

Any help is appreciated.
