Hey guys just wonder if you guys have any recommendations for an high end video editing/ gamin motherboard that supports an i7 6850k, no budget preferably back and red, atx

but arent those not compatible because the i7 6850k is an  FCLGA2011-3 where those are for LGA2011-3

There is no difference at all.

get the rampage v extreme probs the best x99 board out apart from the rampage v edition 10

 

the rampage v extreme is red and black like you said in you're post or the rampage v edition 10 is all black with RGB you can change to red

 

and yes the 6850k will fit it no problem

what the dufference between

the LGA1151 does not support the 6850k it supports only skylake processors like the 6600 / 6600k / 6700 / 6700k and also dual channel DDR4 memory

 

and the rampage supports Haswell-E  5820k / 5930k / 5960x and Broadwell-E 6800k / 8650k / 6900k / 6950x and also Quad Channel DDR4 memory
