Ethernet not working

I changede a setting on my router by accident and now ethernoet not working

wifi still works fine

I did, and it still doesnt work. It was a radio band enable/disable for 2.4 ghz

Obviously I did not mean to, but as soon as I disabled it, the router rebooted and my computer isnt getting connected.

Reset router (assuming your router has a button to do so) or change the router setting back using a WiFi device.

Most routers have a small button call Reset that restores them to the factory settings.

Is this for all ethernet connected devices or just one?

It is possible that I somehow damaged the ethernet cable when unplugging it. I will try another cable tommorow

Try replacing the cable, yes. 

 

Also, on your PC, go into CMD and type:

ipconfig /renew
