new pc has weird problem

Hi

 

I just bought a new laptop, but it already has issues...

I would search it on the internets, but I don't know what it is, so I can't even google it.

There are black... things... appearing all over the place sometimes.

My drivers are updated, I use a nvidia gtx 960M.

I hope I didn't forget any info..

There is a screenshot attached which should explain all.

No no, it's not that, its when I load pages and stuff, and when I hover over it, it looks like I'm wiping it off.. ( I find it pretty difficult to explain, ask me all you want if you need more info)
