Would a 5 month old Philips 242G5DJEB (24'', 1080p, 144hz) for $290 be a better option than a Brad New Dell S2716DG (27'', 1440p, 144hz, g-sync) for $835?

Note: The prices are extreme because i live in Brazil and everything here is expensive. Btw, my Graphics Card is a GTX 1070.

 

Quick Question: Is the $545 difference worth it?

Forgot to note that Dell gave me a 3year warranty vs half a year for the used Philips.

I can buy a Brand New Benq XL2411Z for $490 too. Or a Brand New Asus VG248QE for $455

Not with 144hz. The Cheapest 1440p 60hz i could find was $450
