iPhone 6S Plus Help Needed?!?

I have an iPhone 6S Plus and recently it has started to become unresponsive, at this point, I am stuck on the lock screen with my alarm from this morning going off every once in awhile. I can use the home, lock, and volume buttons, but the screen registers no touches, it is on iOS 9.3.5, I believe.
